Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities from the initial ground-breaking stages to final punch-list completions.
- Manage coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, and inspection officials to ensure projects meet scheduled timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain open and detailed communication channels with Project Managers and Design Professionals throughout all phases of construction.
- Identify and resolve any operational challenges on-site, ensuring adherence to the original architectural and design vision.
- Conduct daily quality control inspections and enforce rigorous jobsite safety standards.
- Ensure that the jobsite remains clean, orderly, and always prepared for client or architect walkthroughs.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Superintendent specializing in high-end residential construction.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting both architectural and structural construction plans.
- Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or comparable tools.
- Strong professional communication capabilities paired with a composed and confident leadership presence.
- Demonstrated commitment to keeping project sites on schedule, within budget, and precisely built to specifications.
- Passion and respect for superior craftsmanship, careful project planning, and collaborative teamwork.
