Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities from the initial ground-breaking stages to final punch-list completions.
  • Manage coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, and inspection officials to ensure projects meet scheduled timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain open and detailed communication channels with Project Managers and Design Professionals throughout all phases of construction.
  • Identify and resolve any operational challenges on-site, ensuring adherence to the original architectural and design vision.
  • Conduct daily quality control inspections and enforce rigorous jobsite safety standards.
  • Ensure that the jobsite remains clean, orderly, and always prepared for client or architect walkthroughs.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Superintendent specializing in high-end residential construction.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting both architectural and structural construction plans.
  • Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or comparable tools.
  • Strong professional communication capabilities paired with a composed and confident leadership presence.
  • Demonstrated commitment to keeping project sites on schedule, within budget, and precisely built to specifications.
  • Passion and respect for superior craftsmanship, careful project planning, and collaborative teamwork.
