Stock Controller

About the Position

Reload Logistics, assisted by HAIL & Cotton Zambia Limited, is seeking a qualified individual to join their Zambia operations as a Stock Controller. This full-time role is based in Kabwe, Central Province, Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document tobacco stock and finished products accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies, damages, or inventory shortages found.
• Prepare and submit daily inventory reports to management.
• Maintain authorized transaction records and ensure complete stock traceability from receipt to delivery.
• Oversee stock conditions, manage storage risks, and ensure proper warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with internal and external audits and collaborate with various teams to enhance stock control processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least three years of proven experience in managing tobacco stock, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software applications.
• Completed Grade 12 certificate with credits or better.
• Possession of a diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Accounting, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
• Professional memberships or qualifications in related fields will be advantageous.
