CE Installations Limited specializes in the installation and maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical services across various projects. The company boasts a diverse workforce of over 250 multicultural employees and is expanding its team with a new Storekeeper position based in Mosta, Malta.

Role Summary

The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing the site store under the supervision of the Procurement Senior Manager. The role focuses on efficient storage, inventory tracking, and distribution of materials and equipment.

Key Duties

• Maintain precise inventory records and monitor stock quantities.
• Receive, unload, and systematically organize incoming supplies.
• Inspect deliveries to identify and report any inconsistencies or issues.
• Apply stock rotation methods and handle disposal of excess inventory.
• Manage freight handling, mobile equipment movements, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and orderly at all times.
• Collaborate with the store manager and site coordinator to coordinate logistics activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Practical experience in storekeeping and managing inventory control systems.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and inventory management processes.
• Strong abilities in data entry, analytical reasoning, and communication.
• Possession of a forklift license is considered advantageous.
• Authorization to work in Malta, such as a European passport or valid work permit.
• Possession of a clean police conduct certificate.
