Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with clients and external stakeholders to obtain essential permits, coordinating closely with the interface management team.
- Oversee the interface management process to ensure all interface issues are accurately identified, recorded, and addressed.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the Interface Management process across all Worley offices involved in the project.
- Initiate, develop, document, and coordinate interface-related tasks among the project team, Ma’aden, and other external entities to ensure seamless internal and external interface handling.
- Establish and maintain internal interface management within the project.
- Drive consistent alignment on Interface Management procedures and communicate updates on interface matters to all relevant parties.
- Continuously enhance and improve the Interface Management processes.
- Support the identification and resolution of interface issues, escalating any pending, overdue, or unresolved matters to project leadership as needed.
- Manage accurate, timely, and comprehensive reporting on interface statuses.
- Contribute insights to the project schedule to incorporate interface performance considerations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is required.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale EPCM projects.
- Strong communication abilities complemented by solid problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in project management systems and CAD tools is beneficial.
