About the Role
The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition leads a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition Partners focused on the Northeast region. This critical role drives recruitment strategies to attract, select, and onboard top-tier talent, supporting the organization's workforce needs now and in the future. It involves partnering closely with regional entities, managing recruitment lifecycle activities, and ensuring recruitment excellence aligned with the broader Talent Acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the regional Talent Acquisition team and serve as the main recruitment liaison for Red Bull's entities in the Northeast including Red Bull Distribution Company, Red Bull North America, and Red Bull New York.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies that achieve hiring goals while maintaining high-quality hires.
- Manage the complete recruitment process end-to-end ensuring timely sourcing, selection, and seamless candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Analyze recruitment data and share insights with leadership to optimize performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Directly handle requisitions including a mix of high-volume and specialized roles.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to Talent Acquisition Partners promoting collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Ensure appropriate requisition distribution to balance workload effectively across the recruitment team.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence on talent availability, labor market trends, and competitive hiring practices.
- Collaborate with Talent Business Partners and other internal TA leaders to align talent acquisition initiatives with organizational and workforce planning goals.
- Enhance recruitment processes and enforce compliance to ensure operational excellence.
- Promote adoption of recruitment tools and technologies to improve effectiveness in sourcing and hiring.
- Lead training efforts to improve hiring manager interviewing and selection capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for regional recruitment marketing campaigns and collaborate on university partnerships and employer branding efforts.
Qualifications and Expertise
- A minimum of 7 years in recruitment with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated success managing recruitment processes including handling high-volume hiring.
- Strong analytical competency to interpret recruitment metrics and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and build trust across organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of labor market dynamics, talent pools, and competitive hiring strategies.
- Dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within recruitment practices.
- Eligibility to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or with valid work authorization.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $190,000 plus additional cash incentives. Salaries offered will be based on experience and are subject to change. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, family leave, paid time off and holidays, pet insurance, legal assistance, life insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Benefits may vary by employment type and location.
