Job description

Role overview

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Field roles will oversee a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and guide regional recruiting efforts across the Northeast. The position is responsible for aligning hiring execution with broader talent acquisition priorities, helping the business meet recruitment goals, and strengthening operational effectiveness. It also plays an important part in making sure the organization is building the right workforce for both immediate needs and future growth.

Regional talent acquisition leadership

This role serves as the main talent acquisition contact for Red Bull entities in the Northeast, including Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC), Red Bull North America (RBNA), and Red Bull New York (RBNY). The manager will shape and run regional hiring plans, oversee the full recruitment cycle, and ensure roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience and a positive partnership with hiring managers. The role also includes owning selected requisitions, covering both high-volume and specialized hiring needs, and reviewing recruitment data to share insights with leadership and identify process improvements.

Team development and people leadership

The manager will lead, coach, and grow a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, creating an environment built on accountability, teamwork, and strong performance. Responsibilities include supporting the team on recruiting systems, processes, working methods, and standards, as well as balancing workload across requisitions to use resources effectively. The role also requires encouraging collaboration, adaptability, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement while setting clear goals and KPIs for the team.

Partnership with business stakeholders

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and functional leaders to understand workforce requirements and recommend hiring solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor by sharing market intelligence, talent availability trends, and insights into competitive hiring practices. You will also collaborate with Talent Business Partners, internal TA leaders, TA Operations, and Pipeline Programs to build recruitment strategies that support organizational objectives and workforce planning. Regular in-market engagement and field visits are part of staying connected to regional priorities.

Recruitment operations, tools, and training

The role includes improving recruitment processes so they are scalable, compliant, and aligned with talent acquisition standards. You will promote the use of recruiting tools and technologies that strengthen sourcing, selection, and hiring results. Another part of the job is identifying opportunities for TA training that helps hiring managers improve interviewing and selection capabilities.

Recruitment marketing and talent attraction

You will help identify local recruitment marketing opportunities and work with Pipeline Programs to design and implement targeted initiatives. The role also supports regional hiring campaigns, university partnerships, and employer branding activities that help attract strong candidates.

Eligibility and compensation

This role is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, and individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa. The base pay range is $120,000 to $190,000 per year, plus cash incentives. Final offers may differ depending on work experience, and the stated pay range may be updated.

Benefits

Benefits currently include medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) match; family leave; PTO and paid holidays; pet, legal, and life insurance; and tuition reimbursement. Benefit details may vary depending on the nature of employment and/or work location.
