Key Duties

• Oversee the routine functions of the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon alongside the Manager/Director.
• Lead and manage the health club team by providing training, creating schedules, and supervising team members in fitness, spa, and guest services to guarantee a flawless guest experience.
• Offer direct support by stepping into operational roles as required to maintain service standards across all guest interactions.
• Contribute to business activities including marketing, merchandising, programming, stock control, and financial performance monitoring to boost engagement and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling regulations, prioritizing the welfare of guests and staff alike.
