About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with expertise in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors to join a top global pharmaceutical organization. This is a fully remote position requiring the candidate to be based in the United States. The engagement is a contract role initially lasting six months with a strong possibility for extension or conversion into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly with a focus on pharmaceutical and life sciences talent acquisition. Expertise in sourcing, engaging passive candidates, and managing multiple job openings while collaborating effectively with hiring managers is essential. Experience using SmartRecruiters software is considered an advantage. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
