About the Role
Join Danube Properties as a Sales Manager focusing on leading the indirect sales channel consisting of brokers and channel partners to fuel revenue expansion. Your primary goal will be to establish, maintain, and motivate a robust network of brokers and channel partners, ensuring top-notch lead quality, excellent conversion rates, and achieving ambitious sales goals—all while upholding compliance and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Forge and sustain strong partnerships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans targeted at the indirect sales network to surpass set sales objectives.
- Boost lead sourcing through these channels by ensuring inquiries are properly logged and followed up promptly.
- Analyze conversion metrics, identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel, and implement measures to enhance conversion rates at every phase.
- Ensure compliance throughout transactions by overseeing contract registrations, terminations, invoicing, and payment collections in line with company procedures.
- Address and resolve grievances from customers and brokers by investigating issues and ensuring proper follow-up.
- Keep up-to-date with market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory or product changes to refine sales strategies.
- Potentially recruit and train brokers on current and new projects, ensuring thorough understanding of product details, pricing, and sales workflow.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators such as revenue, lead flow, conversion rates, and partner effectiveness within the indirect sales channel.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or an equivalent field.
- Extensive experience in real estate sales, specifically managing relationships within indirect sales channels or broker networks.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A well-established network among brokers and channel partners across Dubai and the UAE.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills capable of juggling multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and high-pressure setting.
