Job Overview
We are inviting applications for the role of Residential Construction Sales Manager at our Bangalore office. This full-time position requires an individual with 3 to 7 years of experience who can effectively convert qualified leads into confirmed residential construction projects. The role also involves managing the telesales team to ensure timely and efficient follow-ups on leads, thereby boosting sales conversion rates.
Primary Responsibilities
- Transform qualified leads from marketing into signed residential construction contracts.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their specific house construction needs.
- Explain the company’s residential construction solutions, detailing packages, pricing, project specifications, and timelines.
- Develop customer trust, addressing any queries encountered during the sales journey.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales revenue objectives.
- Oversee telesales team activities to ensure prompt and quality follow-ups on designated leads.
- Supervise lead statuses and conversion metrics to optimize sales performance.
- Provide coaching and training to telesales staff on communication skills, customer management, and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth onboarding of customers.
- Maintain precise sales documentation and customer relationship management (CRM) records.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through project signing.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field; an MBA is advantageous.
- Between 1 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally within residential construction, real estate, interiors, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead sales or telesales teams.
- Strong skills in negotiation and deal closure.
- Excellent verbal and presentation capabilities.
- Competence in managing customer relationships to meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
