Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project plans, standards, and controls throughout the project lifecycle to support successful end-to-end delivery.
  • Assist Senior and Project Managers with tracking budgets, resource allocation, and promptly identifying and reporting risks, issues, and deviations.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation and reports such as status updates and governance packs, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and aligned with project needs.
  • Organize and administer project meetings and boards, including scheduling, preparing paperwork, recording notes, tracking actions, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and nurture effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, supporting content creation, and acting as a reliable contact for project procedures and reporting requirements.

Additional Information

The role requires regular travel, including to London (Haig House). The employee will be home-based when not travelling. Benefits include 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays (with increases and optional purchase scheme), enhanced parental leave, a generous pension scheme with employer contributions from 6% to 14%, flexible working options, an Employee Assistance Programme offering confidential counselling and advice, learning and development courses, volunteering opportunities, travel loans, and Cycle to Work schemes.
