About the Role
Join Absorb Software as a Principal Product Manager, spearheading the vision and direction for our Enterprise Customer Education segment. In this influential role, you will define strategic initiatives that enable enterprise clients to educate and empower their customers on a large scale. Key Responsibilities
- Shape and promote the customer education segment strategy by deeply understanding market trends, client needs, and differentiation possibilities.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities using data, research, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to quickly prototype, test, and refine emerging concepts.
- Develop persuasive, data-driven business cases to engage and align executive and cross-functional teams.
- Provide ongoing guidance to ensure projects deliver the intended outcomes and monitor progress against key metrics.
- Influence and provide strategic leadership to product managers within the segment, fostering collaboration and shared success.
- Assess and harness AI and other cutting-edge technologies to optimize enterprise learning and scalability.
- Champion the value of customer education internally, acting as a thought leader across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Product Management within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software space, demonstrating a strong history of strategic impact and delivering measurable business results.
- Expertise in synthesizing research, customer feedback, and business acumen to inform and prioritize product strategy.
- Comfort with ambiguity and experience working in early-stage, high-velocity product environments.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling proficiency to support case-building and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and extensive cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to collaborate smoothly across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Genuine curiosity and familiarity with artificial intelligence and emerging technologies in the context of learning and education.
- Bonus: Background in customer education, enablement, or educational technology domains.
