About the Role
The Organizational Efficiency Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing human resource and talent acquisition processes within the organization. This role includes planning and managing recruitment procedures to meet the company's staffing needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Identify human resource and talent requirements to plan the recruitment processes accordingly.
- Organize candidate screening, conduct interviews, and coordinate evaluation procedures to select the most suitable candidates.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements that target the right applicant pool.
- Support the onboarding process of new employees to ensure a smooth transition and productive start.
