About the Role
The Organizational Efficiency Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing human resource and talent acquisition processes within the organization. This role includes planning and managing recruitment procedures to meet the company's staffing needs effectively.
Responsibilities

- Organize candidate screening, conduct interviews, and coordinate evaluation procedures to select the most suitable candidates.
