Overview
We are seeking a skilled Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM Analyst to join our team in Kolkata. This role involves providing expert guidance on Oracle C2M, CC&B, and MDM modules, working closely with diverse teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer technical support and expertise on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM modules to clients.
- Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure delivery of top-tier solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective and professional service.
- Identify and resolve challenges related to billing, integration via OUI framework, and Master Data Management.
- Manage projects effectively by adhering to timelines and achieving milestones.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional domains.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably B.Tech or B.E.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Oracle EBS R12i implementation lifecycle, covering design to go-live stages.
- Skilled in generating reports using tools such as Discoverer and SQL querying.
