Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM Analyst to join our team in Kolkata. This role involves providing expert guidance on Oracle C2M, CC&B, and MDM modules, working closely with diverse teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Offer technical support and expertise on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM modules to clients.
Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure delivery of top-tier solutions.
Maintain strong customer relationships through effective and professional service.
Identify and resolve challenges related to billing, integration via OUI framework, and Master Data Management.
Manage projects effectively by adhering to timelines and achieving milestones.

Candidate Profile

Possess 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional domains.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably B.Tech or B.E.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of Oracle EBS R12i implementation lifecycle, covering design to go-live stages.
Skilled in generating reports using tools such as Discoverer and SQL querying.
