Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to collaborate closely with our Director of Integrated Marketing. This position involves driving meaningful brand, campaign, and commercial marketing projects across UK, Ireland, and Europe, with special emphasis on the French-speaking markets. The role blends strategic brand development with hands-on execution in local markets through content creation, CRM, digital channels, PR, and on-site promotional activities. Fluency in French, strong translation and localisation expertise, and project multitasking are essential to uphold brand integrity in both English and French contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing initiatives targeting the French portfolio, tailoring campaigns and materials to suit regional audiences and serving as the brand authority for French language content.
- Translate, localise, and ensure quality consistency in marketing texts between English and French, maintaining a unified brand voice.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns from inception to delivery, managing timelines, stakeholder coordination, and creative output across diverse channels.
- Create compelling and clear creative briefs that convert brand objectives into effective campaigns and engaging content.
- Maintain and improve website content on both English and French platforms for accuracy, coherence, and user experience enhancement.
- Contribute to email and CRM campaign strategy and execution by briefing content, reviewing materials, and managing schedules.
- Collaborate effectively with PR agencies, local teams, and partners to execute events, property launches, and brand partnerships that elevate brand visibility.
- Support guest engagement through in-property marketing activities, photography projects, and communication touchpoints from pre-arrival to post-stay.
Candidate Profile
- Professional or native-level proficiency in French and English, skilled in writing, translating, and reviewing marketing content to preserve consistent brand messaging.
- 3 to 5 years experience in B2C marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer-focused brands.
- Comprehensive marketing background spanning brand management, content creation, digital marketing, CRM, email campaigns, PR, events, and in-property marketing.
- Strong project management abilities capable of juggling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative acumen to produce effective briefs ensuring campaign alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborative mindset with proven skills in fostering strong relationships across teams and external partners.
- Comfortable adopting AI and cutting-edge marketing technologies to enhance creativity, efficiency, and workflow improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication adaptable to varied audiences while keeping brand consistency.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, staying organized, flexible, and focused on solutions amidst changing priorities.
