About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team in either Omaha or San Francisco. This position operates in a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on-site office days based on team and business requirements. The role demands leadership in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, focusing on developing high-performing recruiting teams and designing scalable talent acquisition programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters driving high-quality candidate pipelines within a fast-moving, quota-driven setting.
- Establish a culture centered on performance, accountability, inclusivity, and ongoing development.
- Ensure exemplary candidate experiences and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate top recruiting talent skilled in managing high volume hiring processes.
- Develop scalable recruiting workflows, sourcing methods, and candidate engagement strategies aligned with business needs.
- Test and refine new recruiting initiatives, assessing early indicators to optimize and scale effective approaches.
- Create standardized processes, messaging frameworks, and best practices for consistent recruiting execution.
- Foster feedback systems with recruiters, hiring managers, and partners to iteratively enhance program quality.
- Manage team hiring objectives, monitor pipeline health, uphold candidate quality, and track recruiter productivity metrics.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize sourcing tactics, forecast capacity, and identify areas to improve efficiency and quality.
- Set clear expectations for pipeline updates, communication rhythms, and delivery deadlines to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to develop dashboards and reports guiding recruitment decisions.
- Coordinate closely with Recruiting, Product, Sales Strategy, and Operations teams for alignment and smooth implementation of recruitment efforts.
- Represent recruiter and candidate perspectives in cross-department planning and strategic discussions.
- Monitor talent market trends, competitive landscapes, and sourcing developments to inform recruitment strategies.
- Provide coaching on market positioning and candidate engagement to improve hiring outcomes.
- Advocate for high standards in candidate experience, quality, and operational discipline across all recruiting activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing recruiting or sales teams.
- Proven success in establishing or scaling new programs, processes, or teams.
- Track record of leading teams to meet hiring, funnel, or quota goals in high-volume environments.
- Preferred experience includes working in fast-growing or innovative environments with a focus on coaching and developing teams.
- Expertise in testing and operationalizing new recruitment processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to craft data-driven narratives to influence stakeholders.
- Capability to thrive amidst ambiguity and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience collaborating across functions such as Sales, Recruiting, Product, and Operations.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing strategy, recruiting workflows, funnel management, and end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and leadership presence, able to influence through clarity and insights.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $220,000 to $335,000 annually, with actual compensation dependent upon individual skills, experience, certifications, and work location. Additional components can include annual bonuses, stock options, benefits, and other incentives.
