About the Role

We are looking to hire a Logistics Manager responsible for designing and implementing logistics strategies that ensure compliant, cost-effective, and efficient cross-border and international trade activities. The role includes managing relationships with carriers, customs clearance agents, and couriers while providing operational and regulatory expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive understanding of cross-border trade regulations including USMCA, CBSA, U.S. CBP, EAR, and ITAR compliance.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Expertise in tariff classification (HS/HTS codes), determining country of origin, and implementing duty reduction methods.
  • Experience in developing and rolling out logistics strategies, processes, and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including freight spend management, cost modeling, and KPI development.
  • Excellent leadership qualities with effective communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and regional collaborators.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
  • Professional certifications such as CITT, CSCMP, or specialized customs/trade compliance credentials are advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
