Job Description and Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial management of contracted projects to reduce overall costs effectively.
• Manage invoice and payment processes, optimize cash flow, and ensure value for money while adhering strictly to contractual terms.
• Ensure that project standards and quality criteria are consistently achieved.
• Develop and implement quantity surveying strategies, procedures, and budgeting frameworks.
• Drive project profitability and timely delivery through effective oversight.
• Identify and manage project risks to mitigate potential issues.
• Administer payment and change management processes throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree qualification required.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Between 7 to 9 years of experience in managerial roles.
• Professional accreditations such as MMUP, RICS, MRICS, or PMP are mandatory.
