Role Overview

Join Victor Energy as a Junior Field Safety Coordinator where you will be the visible safety advocate on site, supporting crews and mitigating hazards before they result in incidents. This early-career position focuses on learning and development under the mentorship of seasoned safety coordinators and managers, preparing you for advancement to full coordinator roles.

Typical Daily Routine

  • Begin with the morning tailboard and site safety meeting alongside the crew.
  • Proceed through assigned sites conducting field inspections including supervisor observations, behaviour-based safety assessments, fire extinguisher checks, and spot audits.

  • Compile daily safety statistics and send an end-of-day summary report.
  • Complete timecard submission at the end of the day.
  • Prepare for long workdays of 10-11 hours typically outdoors on active construction sites.
