Jio Point Lead

Overview

Jio is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Jio Point Lead at Barbil, Kendujhar, Odisha. The ideal candidate will possess graduation credentials and preferably an MBA, along with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand channel presence within the assigned catchment area.
• Oversee the operational performance of retail outlets situated in the territory.
• Achieve acquisition and revenue goals through both inbound and outbound efforts.
• Manage the setup and functioning of all Jio Points located within a Jio Centre.
• Ensure strong performance of preferred outlets across the territory.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences at Jio Points.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and uphold governance protocols at all Jio Points.
• Supervise team productivity and overall effectiveness.
• Conduct regular evaluation and training sessions for the team and channel partners.
