About the Role
Jio is seeking a Channel Operations Lead to manage and expand Jio Points in the Pondicherry region, including Tiruvannamalai and Vridhachalam. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving channel expansion, overseeing retail outlet performance, and ensuring excellent customer experiences at Jio Points. This position involves managing teams, training channel partners, and achieving acquisition and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand channel presence within the designated catchment area.
- Track and analyze performance metrics of retail outlets in the region.
- Achieve inbound and outbound customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- Oversee daily operations of all Jio Points housed within Jio Centres.
- Take accountability for the performance of preferred outlets in the territory.
- Guarantee exceptional customer service quality at Jio Points.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and governance standards at all Jio Points.
- Supervise team productivity and manage workforce effectively.
- Conduct evaluation and provide training for both internal teams and channel partners.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
- In-depth understanding of the local territory.
- Proficiency in distribution management and people management.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Excellent skills in influencing, negotiation, and problem solving.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process adherence.
