About the Role
William Grant & Sons is seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join their Operational HR Team in Tullamore on a fixed-term contract until May 2027. Primary Responsibilities
- Offer expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes from initial requisition through to job offers.

- Coordinate and support local learning and development plans, tracking their advancement.
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify situations requiring HR interventions.
- Contribute to the rollout of HR projects and organizational initiatives locally.
