Job Overview
We are looking for a Help Desk Executive to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting residents by addressing their complaints and service inquiries, managing communications, coordinating with various service teams, and ensuring excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents by addressing their complaints and handling service requests promptly.
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to emails and messages efficiently.
- Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security departments to ensure resolution of issues.
- Maintain detailed records of visitors and residents to support operational needs.
- Create service tickets for reported issues and track their progress until completion.
- Provide overall customer service and support to residents to maintain high satisfaction levels.
