Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

Overview

The Graphic Designer focuses on creating printed graphics tailored for trade shows and specialty events, with work hours adjusted based on workload demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow design layout guidelines meticulously, ensuring attention to detail and thorough proofreading while working autonomously.
• Apply quality control processes to maintain compliance with company graphic and structural standards.
• Work in collaboration with team members to ensure designs meet client expectations.
• Understand and apply knowledge of large format print production to maintain design integrity, color accuracy, and image quality.
• Handle multiple file formats including Vector, PDF, and Raster, prepping them suitably for digital print production.
• Consistently safeguard design integrity and image quality across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven professional experience in graphic design is essential.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and WebEx.
• Comfort working in a Windows-based design environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication aptitudes for effective teamwork.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle demanding situations adeptly.
• Independent work ethic with minimal supervision while reliably meeting deadlines; flexible to work nights and weekends if required.
• Receptive to constructive feedback and willing to revise designs based on client requests.
• Positive and proactive attitude towards projects and collaboration.
