Role Summary

This freelance position with the Tendem project involves crafting sophisticated presentations that effectively communicate complex concepts via well-structured visual storytelling. The role is suited for creative professionals experienced in visual communication, information design, and narrative construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-impact pitch decks and polished one-page presentations aligned to targeted audiences.
• Convert intricate datasets into minimalistic, clear narratives emphasizing visual hierarchy.
• Enhance slides with custom typography, refined animations, and maintain consistent aesthetics.
• Maintain a premium style blending corporate professionalism with creative flair.
• Ensure meticulous attention to formatting, alignment, pacing, and brand standards before delivery.

Education and Experience

• Preferred minimum of two years’ experience in graphic/presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.

• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating sophisticated presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations is essential.

Technical Competencies

• Advanced skills using presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote for creating complex, animated decks.
• Proficient with design suites like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma for custom graphics.
• Expertise in translating multi-layered information into clear visual stories emphasizing minimalism.
• Strong typography and animation abilities to produce elegant, premium outputs.

Additional Requirements

• Experience designing high-end layouts that blend corporate and creative aesthetics.
• Exceptional detail orientation and dedication to visual perfection.
• Autonomous work approach with problem-solving capabilities for design challenges.
• Competent in English at upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Submission of portfolio links showcasing relevant high-level presentation projects is mandatory; incomplete applications won't be considered.

Workload and Compensation

Project work is estimated at 10-20 hours weekly during active phases, though workload is variable and not guaranteed. Compensation may reach up to $50 per hour depending on expertise and contribution pace. Payment rates vary by project complexity and scope.
