Baazeem Trading Company is looking for an enthusiastic and insightful Financial Analyst to become a key member of our Finance team. This role involves examining financial data, spotting business trends, and delivering actionable insights that aid strategic decisions and enhance company performance.

Role Overview

The chosen candidate will analyze both current and historical financial datasets, identify trends, provide reports, and support the management with recommendations to boost profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine financial data (both current and historical) to uncover trends and potentials for business growth.
• Prepare and assess regular and special financial reports.
• Interpret financial figures and track key performance indicators.
• Advise on strategies to increase profitability and optimize operations.
• Present financial analyses and insights to the management team clearly and effectively.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and reliability of financial data utilized for reporting and analysis.
• Leverage ERP software to retrieve, analyze, and confirm financial data for informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Between 3 to 6 years of experience in financial analysis or a comparable role.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Practical experience with ERP platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial modeling and preparing reports is advantageous.
