Key Responsibilities

Perform sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping throughout storage units, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and other facility areas
Manage trash disposal effectively
Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory and request replenishments timely
Undertake any additional duties as assigned

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role entails some exposure to moderate risks requiring special safety measures such as protective equipment (masks, gloves, goggles, or shields) due to interaction with moving machinery or chemicals. The physical demands include extended periods of standing, outdoor movement, reaching at various heights, and handling equipment weighing at least 50 pounds with or without assistance.
