About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Batchman to join our team at the Smyrna, GA facility. This role involves supervising daily production activities to ensure the efficient and cost-effective manufacture of wet and dry batch products at Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily production goals for both wet and dry batching products.
• Maintain inventory control, coordinate production schedules, and manage orders for supplies, parts, and raw materials.
• Conduct regular plant inspections and perform necessary maintenance and repairs.

Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of experience in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing settings.
• Proficient in operating mobile equipment, such as forklifts.
• Strong organizational abilities complemented by effective verbal and written communication skills.
