Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Desktop Support Engineers. This role focuses on providing efficient end-user support within Windows 10, MacOS, and Office 365 environments, along with handling related hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist end users with support for Windows 10, MacOS, printers, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Perform OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to resolve technical problems.
• Use ticketing systems to track and manage support issues effectively.
• Apply foundational networking and server knowledge to support system functions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Education: Any graduate or diploma holder in any specialization is eligible.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Should have working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and work well in a team environment.

Compensation

Salary range: INR 240,000 to 500,000 per annum.
