Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Desktop and Networking Trainer responsible for delivering well-structured training sessions covering operating systems, desktop support, and networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems and Microsoft Outlook.
- Creating and managing training schedules along with detailed classroom agendas.
- Teaching networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, Office 365, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Utilizing ticketing tools to track and manage technical issues.
- Communicating effectively with trainees to ensure clear understanding and engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of industry certifications such as CCNA or CCNP is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation skills with a genuine interest in imparting knowledge through training sessions.
- Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
- Availability for immediate joining.
- Any graduate degree qualification.
