Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a contract position lasting three months within the hospitality sector. This role involves managing and analyzing data pertaining to dual entry reservations, maintaining accurate records of legacy guests who hold memberships, and handling cancellations and modifications of existing reservations. The work will be conducted entirely on-site with a Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage data related to dual entry bookings.
• Ensure precise tracking of legacy membership guest information.
• Handle cancellations and amendments to prior reservations efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $15 to $16, depending on qualifications including skills, experience, and education. Benefits eligibility begins after 30 days of employment and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts. Employees are also eligible for a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions. Paid sick leave and other lawful paid time off are included as well.

Work Schedule

The shift is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fully onsite in Orlando, Florida.
