About The Role

We are assembling a dedicated support team to serve our US-based client, an online furniture retailer, and are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exemplary customer service.

Candidate Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English at C1 level, both spoken and written
  • Native-level fluency in Ukrainian
  • At least one year of experience in customer support or care, with required experience in phone communication
