About The Role
We are assembling a dedicated support team to serve our US-based client, an online furniture retailer, and are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exemplary customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English at C1 level, both spoken and written
- Native-level fluency in Ukrainian
- At least one year of experience in customer support or care, with required experience in phone communication
- Proven skill in communicating clearly and confidently with customers during live phone interactions
- A client-focused approach
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work evening shifts from 15:00 to 24:00 Ukrainian time
Primary Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers via phone calls, chat, and email
- Managing and resolving support tickets promptly
- Handling communications with customers and vendors
- Delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working closely with the US Customer Care team
