About the Role
Shaadi.com is seeking a committed and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join their team in Bangalore. The role involves managing customer interactions, addressing their concerns effectively, and contributing to a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Provide assistance to customers regarding profile creation, account upgrades, payments, and other account management tasks.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Keep comprehensive records of all customer communications and follow-up actions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to handle complex customer issues.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field is required.
- Prior experience of 1 to 6 years in customer service, BPO, or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English plus proficiency in a regional language such as Malayalam or Telugu.
- Effective listening skills along with problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to multitask efficiently and perform well under pressure.
- Basic computer operation skills and typing proficiency.
Working Conditions
- Shift Timings: For female employees, 10 AM to 7 PM; for male employees, 12 PM to 9 PM.
- Work location is in-office at Bangalore; remote working is not available.
