About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including calls, emails, chats, and support tickets promptly and professionally.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer problems ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and necessary follow-ups.
- Work with internal departments to escalate and address complex customer issues.
- Provide clear and helpful information regarding our products or services to customers.
Requirements
- Demonstrable prior experience in customer support or related positions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and solving problems efficiently.
- Ability to engage with customers patiently and empathetically.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
