As a Content Strategist, you will shape the way AI-driven products communicate with users at every digital touchpoint. The role focuses on building clear, supportive, and brand-aligned content experiences that help people navigate products with confidence.
What you will do
You will design content systems, conversation flows, and prompt structures that make interactions more understandable and consistent. Your work will support AI experiences that feel helpful, transparent, and trustworthy.
You will collaborate with design, product, engineering, voice-of-customer teams, and banking business units to align content with user needs and business goals.

- Develop content frameworks for AI-powered customer experiences.
- Create conversation models that improve clarity and guidance.
- Build prompt patterns that support consistent product behavior and tone.
- Help AI systems better interpret user intent and structure knowledge.
- Ensure responses are easy to understand, reliable, and aligned with the client brand.
- Work with cross-functional teams across design, product, engineering, customer insights, and banking lines of business.
