Occupational Overview

The Consumer Communications Specialist acts as an expert on the company's products, responding thoughtfully and professionally to inquiries and complaints from consumers and medical professionals, particularly regarding adverse events and product concerns.

  • Act as a Brand Advocate, representing and upholding company values with respect and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comply with Medical Affairs record retention protocols and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Ensure high data entry and database coding quality standards are maintained.
  • Stay informed and participate in departmental meetings and contribute to complaint and inquiry analyses as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree in health, science, communication, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least five years of relevant work experience.
  • Customer service experience is desirable.

Compensation
