Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Assistant Store Manager (Second in Charge) for our Parkmore location. This role involves supporting the Store Manager by fostering a positive team culture, enhancing performance, and ensuring exceptional customer interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to assist the Store Manager in establishing a motivated, inclusive, and high-achieving workplace culture where team members are encouraged to excel.
- Facilitate coaching and development by providing clear guidance, timely feedback, and support to team members to enhance customer service quality.
- Create and sustain a welcoming, dynamic environment focused on customer-first experiences for both clients and employees.
- Support daily store operations including coordinating staff and service delivery while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
- Handle escalated customer issues calmly and professionally, using effective de-escalation methods and guiding staff through complex situations.
