What You Will Do

• Support and co-lead with the Restaurant Manager to energize, inspire, and nurture a committed team.
• Engage directly in daily restaurant operations from grill to customer service floor to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards and cultivate a vibrant atmosphere to provide consistently outstanding dining experiences.
• Drive operational performance by achieving targets while fostering skill development and recognizing achievements within the team.
• Coach team members across all stations to enhance their expertise and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures rigorously.
