What You Will Do
- Support and co-lead with the Restaurant Manager to energize, inspire, and nurture a committed team.
- Engage directly in daily restaurant operations from grill to customer service floor to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards and cultivate a vibrant atmosphere to provide consistently outstanding dining experiences.
- Drive operational performance by achieving targets while fostering skill development and recognizing achievements within the team.
- Coach team members across all stations to enhance their expertise and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures rigorously.
