Role Overview
We seek an Assistant Manager to facilitate the coordination and oversight of telecom operators, ensuring full adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements, maintaining high standards of service quality, and accomplishing designated project goals. This position requires active engagement with telecom companies, performance monitoring, meticulous record-keeping, and assistance in launching new initiatives and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily communications with telecom operators to guarantee timely resolution of operational issues and verify compliance with regulatory mandates, service level agreements (SLAs), and reporting standards.
- Administer the SIM database mailbox by detecting irregularities, managing error rectifications, and sustaining precise database records.
- Collaborate with telecom providers on project activities and implement new policy frameworks, while generating reports, dashboards, and updates for management.
- Compose and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), response templates, and related documentation to promote uniformity and aid internal coordination regarding telecom-related matters.
- Assist in handling escalations, resolving issues, and enforcing policies amid diverse stakeholder groups.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in telecommunications operations or vendor management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
