Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an Assembly and Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Jhagadia, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various technical tasks including programming, wiring, maintenance, and calibration related to automation systems and electrical assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming and tuning of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Executing electrical panel wiring and assembly maintenance tasks.
- Performing drive tuning and maintenance for Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
- Calibrating load cells and LVDTs (Linear Variable Differential Transformers).
- Handling automation systems that involve different types of sensors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Candidate Qualifications
The candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering or a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in PLC programming and electrical panel wiring.
- Hands-on experience in assembly maintenance and electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of VFDs and drive tuning methodologies.
- Competence in calibration of load cells and operation of automation sensors.
- Understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics systems within automation contexts.
