Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of on-site teams through coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
• Generate reports on key operational and financial metrics such as budget status, occupancy rates, and leasing statistics.
• Manage rent collections, monitor overdue accounts, and control operating expenses vigilantly.
• Address resident issues, disturbances, and policy breaches professionally, ensuring respectful resolution of community concerns.
• Enhance leasing efforts by implementing effective sales and marketing initiatives.
• Perform routine inspections of the property, including audits of vacated units and community walkthroughs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure adherence to company policies with organized administrative practices.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold community standards consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of prior experience as an Apartment Property Manager overseeing teams on-site.
• Demonstrated stable employment background.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, coaching, and managing team performance.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience managing conventional apartment communities exceeding 200 units.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are desirable but not mandatory.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation is required.
• Applicants must reside within 20 miles of the Hearthstone location or be willing to relocate nearby.
