Role Overview

Due to ongoing growth, Davin Industries is seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead the folding team. This role involves supervising a small team, overseeing machine operations, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team operating Brake Press folding and CNC machines.
• Operate Brake Press folding and CNC equipment as needed.
• Manage and coordinate work orders efficiently to meet production goals.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience with Brake Press folding and CNC machine operations is essential.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong focus on safety are crucial.
• Experience with Turret Punching or Laser cutting is advantageous.
• Possess good manual dexterity and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent team player with effective leadership skills.
