Role Overview
Due to ongoing growth, Davin Industries is seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead the folding team. This role involves supervising a small team, overseeing machine operations, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team operating Brake Press folding and CNC machines.
- Operate Brake Press folding and CNC equipment as needed.
- Manage and coordinate work orders efficiently to meet production goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience with Brake Press folding and CNC machine operations is essential.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong focus on safety are crucial.
- Experience with Turret Punching or Laser cutting is advantageous.
- Possess good manual dexterity and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent team player with effective leadership skills.
