Key Responsibilities

Ensure successful project delivery by carefully planning, executing, monitoring, and completing construction projects within approved scope, budget, and timeframe.
Maintain strict adherence to technical drawings, specifications, approved procedures, and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee smooth project operation.
Identify, manage, and resolve potential risks or challenges to maintain timely progress.
Ensure compliance with local codes including Saudi Building Code (SBC), QA/QC standards, HSE policies, and environmental regulations.
Support quality assurance processes such as inspections, testing, and documentation.
Manage clear communication channels among project teams, management, clients, and contractors.
Attend relevant meetings and provide necessary reports and deliverables.
Engage in continuous professional development and facilitate knowledge sharing within teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant fields such as Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or Business Administration depending on the role.
Mandatory proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Relevant prior work experience in building or infrastructure construction projects; experience length varies by position.
All engineering candidates must hold active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
Professional certifications aligned with respective disciplines (e.g., PMP, CIPS, NEBOSH, CQI, SHRM, CMA) are preferred.
Familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Office is required.
Experience working on large commercial, residential, mixed-use, or data center projects will be an asset.
