Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and current customers.
- Clearly explain products and services in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and calls.
- Perform follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
- Confident, positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Effective listening skills and ability to engage with customers.
Additional Details
This is a full-time, office-based position located in Egmore, Chennai, near Egmore Museum or Alsa Mall. Work days are Monday through Saturday with Sunday off. Immediate joiners are preferred. The company offers a friendly work atmosphere and promising career advancement.
